According to the problem the radius of the inner sphere is r1 and of outer sphere is r2

It is given that the charge on the outer sphere is q

Let the inner sphere will be q'

Now, if q' is earthed, then the charge will be induced to -q'  in inner surface of the outer sphere

and also this charge will be induced to  +q' on outer surface.

Net charge on outer sphere is q.

 Now as the potential charge of the inner sphere is zero as it is earthed,

Therefore,

q'/4πe0r1 + q/4πe0r2 = 0

q' = r1/r2 q
