Ratio of resistance will be 3 : 5

Explanation:

Wire A

Outer Diameter = 3 mm  => Outer radius = 3/2 mm

inner  Diameter = 2mm  => Inner radius = 1 mm

Cross Section = π ( (3/2)² - 1²) = π  (5/4)  mm²

Wire B

Outer Diameter = 2 mm  => Outer radius = 1 mm

inner  Diameter = 1 mm  => Inner radius = 1/2 mm

Cross Section = π ( 1² - (1/2)² ) = π  (3/4)  mm²

R = ρL/A

ρ is  Same as same material

L is same as Same length

=> Ra  =  ρL/ π  (5/4)

     Rb  =  ρL/ π  (3/4)

=> Ra/Rb  = 3/5

=> 3 : 5   will be resistance

ratio of resistance will be 3 : 5
