∵ the ratio of the radius of the cones is 4:5

∴ let the radius be 4x and 5x

let the heights be H & h

∵ the volumes are equal

∴ 22/7×(4x)²×H/3 = 22/7×(5x)²×h/3

or, 16x²×H = 25x²×h

∴H/h = 25x²/16x²

          = 25/16 = 25:16
