Let one angle be L1 =A and other angle be L2=3A
L1 + L2 = 1800
A + 3A = 1800
4A = 180
A=45 0
Smaller angle is 45degree

since we know that opposite angles in parallelogram are equal..
 so the angles are x,3x,x,3x and the sum of all angles is 360 degree,
 x+3x+x+3x=360
 8x=360
x=360/8
