Area of the rectangular park

=600×250=150000sqmt

Area of first road =3×600=1800sqmt

Area of second road =3×250=750sqmt

Therefore total area if the roads=1800+750=2550sqmt

Now, area of the park excluding cross roads = total area of the park - area of the cross roads

=150000-2550

=147450sqmt.
