Area prll to length
length=65 m
breadth=4m
area=l×b
65×4
=260m sq.
Area prll to breadth
length=4m
breadth=45m
area=l×b
=4×45
=180 m sq.
Common area
side=4m
area=s×s
=4×4
=16m sq.
area of roads=Area prll to length+Area prll to breadth-common area
=260+180-16
=424
cost of constructing road 10 m sq.=₹500
cost of constructing roads per m sq.=500÷10
cost of constructing roads 424m sq.=500÷10×424
=₹21200
