Step-by-step explanation:

The two cross roads cut the park into four equal smaller rectangle parks.

Find the dimensions of one smaller park

Length= (70-5)÷ 2 = 32.5m

breadth=(50-5)÷2 = 22.5m

Find the area of one smaller park

Area=Length × breadth

Area= 32.5×22.5 = 731.25m²

Find the area of four smaller parks

Area of 1 park = 731.25m

Area of 4 park= 731.25×4 = 2925m²

Area of remaining park = 2925m²
