Two cross roads each of with 3 metre run at right angles through the centre of a rectangular park of length 60m and 33 and parallel to its side find the area of the road also find the cost of constructing the road at the rate of rupees 100 per metre square

Answer:

area of 1st road =3×60=180

area of 2nd road =30×3=90

becoz...(33-3=30)

total area of road =180+90=270m sq.

....cost for constructing the road is...

270×100=27000
