Current (I) = Q/t

Where Q = charge or flow of current
            t = time taken for the passage of current.

Given, The quantity of charge passing through a cross section in 2 seconds is 10C

Then, I = Q/t
            
= 10 C/ 2 s
            = 5 C/s
            = 5 Amperes.

Therefore, Current (I) = 
5 Amperes
