then we will find the area of the crossroads ,

breadth = 10
area =700*10 = 7000*2
14000-100= 13900 ( because in the figure there is a square portion where the cross roads meet that is repeated)
now subtract 210000-13900= 196100
1 hectare = 10000 square meter
196100 meter square = 19.16
