Two crossroads, each of width 10 m, cut at right angles through the center of a rectangular park of length 450 m and breadth 270 m and parallel to its sides. Find the area of the roads. Also, find the area of the park excluding crossroads.

Area of common part = 10*10

Area of Roads        = 4500 + 2700 - 100 m

                               = 112500 m

Area of park excluding roads = 112500 - 7100 m

                                                 = 105400 m
