HERE'S YOUR ANSWER....

volume \: of \: cube = 27 {cm}^{2} \\  =  >  {l}^{3}  = 27 \\  =  > l =  \sqrt[3]{27} \\   =  > l = 3cm
NOW,

DIMENSIONS OF CUBOID,
l=3+3=6cm
b=3cm
h=3cm

tsa \: of \: cuboid = 2(lb + bh + hl) \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 2(6 \times 3 + 3 \times 3 + 3 \times 6) \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: = 2(18 + 9 + 18) \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   = 2 \times 45 \\   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 90 {cm}^{2}
