(V = Volume of cuboid; v = Volume of cube)

We know, volume of cube = a³

∴ V = 2a³

⇒ V = 2(6 cm)³

⇒ V = 2 × 216 cm³

⇒ V = 432 cm³.

∴ Volume of the resulting cuboid is 432 cm³.
