X =y/4
S.A. of larger cube = 6a
y =6×4
=24 sq.cm
X = y/4
=24/4
=6 sq.cm
S.A. of smaller cube = 6a
6 sq.cm=6a
a=6/6
a=1cm
length of edge of smaller cube is 1cm
