Two cubes,each of side 15cm are joined end to end. Find the surface area of the resulting cuboid.

cubes are joined ..therefore the length is increased 
 15 +15= 30
 area = 4(l*w) + 2(l*w)
          = 4* 30*15 + 2*15*15
           = 1800+450
              = 2250sq cm
