let volume of two cubes be V^3,x^3
ratio of volumes =1/64
V^3/X^3 =1/64

 {(v \div x)}^{3}  = 1 \div 64 \\ (v \div x) =  \sqrt[3]{1 \div 64}  \\( v \div x) = 1 \div 4
ratio of surface areas =6v^2/6x^2
(6 {v}^{2} ) \div( 6 {x}^{2} ) \\  =  {v}^{2}  \div  {x}^{2}  \\  =  (\frac{v}{x}  )^{2}  \\  = ( \frac{1}{4} )^{2}  \\  =  \frac{1}{16}
so,ratio of surface areas is 1/16.
