• Breadth of cuboid = 5 cm.

• Breadth of cuboid = 5 cm.

EXPLANATION:

Since the two cubes are made into a single cuboid, the volume of cuboid will be equal to the volume of the 2 cubes.

2 × Volume of cube = Volume of cuboid

Volume of cube = a³

a = 5 cm

Volume of cuboid = l × b × h

b = 5 cm

h = 5 cm

2 (5 × 5) = l × 5 × 5

Cancel 5 × 5(25) on both sides

l = 2 cm

HENCE LENGTH OF THE CUBOID = 2 cm.
