surface area of cuboid = 2 [ lb + bh + hl ]
According to given :
Dimension of cube :
Length = breadth = height = 12 cm
length of cuboid = sum of length of two cubes.
= a + a = 12 + 12 = 24 cm
and
breadth of cuboid = breadth of cube = 12 cm
and
height of cuboid = height of cube = 12 cm
Here,
surface area of cuboid
= 2 * [ 24*12 + 12*12 + 12 * 24 ]
= 2 * [288 + 144 + 288]
= 2 * [720]
= 1440 cm² Answer
