Two current carrying coils P and Q are close to each other, of which coil P carries a current. If coil P move towards Q, will some current be induced in coil Q? give reason for your answer.

yes current will induce in coil Q because of change in flux.

this flux will increase as it moves towards coil Q(w.r.t. coil Q). Hence lenz law will take place and a current will induced.

When the current change in 'P' then the magnetic field linked of the coil change as well.

Hence, the overall magnetic field around the coil 'Q' also change.
