⇒x×3.5 = y×3

⇒3.5x = (x+1)×3 [Using (1)] ⇒3.5x = 3x + 3

⇒0.5x = 3

⇒x = 6

So, speed of first cyclist = 6 km/h

Speed of second cyclist = 7 km/h
