1404 m

1st cyclist

speed

1200 \div 12

that is equal to 100 m per min

2nd cyclist

speed

350 \div 12

that is equal to 29.8 m per min

afterwards you have to calculate distance for both cyclists after 20 min use the same formula

speed is equal to distance by time

we have time and speed multiply both of them in both cases and you will get

1st cyclist 2000 m

2nd cyclist 596 m

and now subtract both of them and your answer is 1404 m
