volume of cylinder is

\pi {r}^{2} h

there are two cylinders by which there volume is same so there

\pi

is cut and there ratio of height is 2:1

so it is

 {2}^{2} \times h = {1}^{2} \times h

according to formula.

also

 {1}^{2} \times h = {2}^{2} \times h

1×h=4×h (h is cut from both side ).

1:4.

so the answer is 1:4 .
