Let the radii be 4r and 5r respectively and the heights be 5h and 6h respectively.
So,
Ratio of volumes = [ π × (4r)² × 5h] / [ π × (5r)² × 6h]
= 16r² × 5h / 25r² × 6h
= 80/150
= 8/15
= 8 : 15
