Let r1 and r2 be the radius of base  of 2 cylindrical jars.
Let h1 and h2 be the height of 2 cylindrical jars resp.
volume of first jar/volume of 2nd jar=pie*r1^2*h1 / pie*r2^2*h2
1=(r1/r2)^2*h1/h2
1=(3/4)^2*h1/h2
16/9*h1/h2=1
h1/h2=9/16
