R=gl/A

l=lenght

a=area

r=resistivity

Da=2Db

or

Ra=2Rb

resistance of b=gl/Ab

=gl/πRb²

Resistance of a=gl/Aa

=gl/πRa²

=gl/π*4Rb²

=resistance of b/4

therefore correct option is d
