Two dice are thrown at the same time and the product of the numbers appearing on them are not find the probability that the product is a prime number

Total number of outcomes=6x6=36

Prime numbers in a dice=2,3,5.

Possible outcomes(1,2),(2,1)(3,1)(1,3)(1,5)(5,1)

Therefore the probability of getting product a primenumber=6/36=1/6.
