Answer:

Ans will be 4/9

favourable outcomes will be 16

(1-1), (2-1), (2-1), (2-2), (3-2), (3-2), (3-3), (4-3), (4-3),(4-4), (5-4), (5-4), (5-5), (6-5), (6-5), (6-6)

possible outcomes will be (6x6)=36

[since, a dice has 6 faces and we threw two dices, so no. of faces of both will be multiplied

thus, probability =

Favourable outcomes /Possible outcomes

=16/36

=4/9
