Two dices are thrown at same time and the product of number appearing on them is noted find the probability that the product is a prime number

Probability = total no of favourable outcomes/total no of all possible outcome

2dice - 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6

prime no -2,2,4,4,6,6

total no of favourable outcomes=6

total no of all possible outcome-12

probability=6/12=1/2
