When two dies are rolled there are 36 possibility pairs, They are :

(1,1)(1,2)(1,3)(1,4)(1,5)(1,6)(2,1)(2,2)(2,3)(2,4)(2,5)(2,6)(3,1)(3,2)(3,3)(3,4)(3,5)(3,6)(4,1)(4,2)(4,3)(4,4)(4,5)(4,6)(5,1)(5,2)(5,3)(5,4)(5,5)(5,6)(6,1)(6,2)(6,3)(6,4)(6,5)(6,6) [Note : I have used Repl.it site and programmed to output this, Remember this ain't Plagiarism or Copy from another sources],

Now to get a product as a perfect square , we need to have same numbers on the dices,

So The possible pairs here is (1,1); (2,2) ; (3,3) ; (4,4) ; (5,5) ; (6,6),

We know that Probability = Favourable Out comes / Total no. of Outcomes,

Now, We have 6 favourable outcomes, and 36 total outcomes, inputting all these values to find probability, 

=> Probability = 6/36 = 1/6,

Therefore the probability of getting a product as a perfect square when two dices are rolled is 1/6,
