The differences between the human and crow eyes are highlighted below:
- The crows have 2 round eyes which are set on the side of their head rather than in the front like humans. Furthermore, the human eyes are not perfectly spherical, but have a rather oval shape.
- Though both of eyes of the crow are functional, the crows use only one eye at one time, as the monocular vision of the crows is better than their binocular vision. On the other hand, having 2 frontal eyes help the humans determine the depth and distance of the object such that the images are formed at the corresponding points on both the retinas to form stereovision, which prevents double-vision.
