Hello Friend
Syngamy is fusion of male and female gamate which leads to zygote(2n).
It occurs at the basal part of Embryo sac.
Tripe fusion occurs when another fenale gamate fuses with two polar nuclei to form primary endosperm nucleus(3n).
It occurs at the centre of embryo sac.
