Probability that the sum is even =17/36
Probability that the product is even=26/36=13/18

To opting even sum and even product, both dice must show even number.

therefore, n(E)=9 and n(S)=36

P(E)=n(E)/n(S)

hence , P(E)= 9/36=1/4.
