As the thickness is equal aperture must be equal and thus the spheres formed by both too would be equal and hence equal focal lengths. Also focal length doesn't depend upon the material

Answer:
The glass lens will have a greater focal length than the diamond lens. Diamond can bend light rays more, a lens made of the diamond will make rays of light passing through it, meet at a point nearer than a lens made of glass. Thus, the focal length of a diamond lens will be smaller than that of a glass lens.
