Let the unit digit be x and tens digit be y

Number = 10y+x

Given,

10y+x=4(x+y)

10y+x-4x-4y=0

-3x+6y=0

-3(x-2y)=0

x-2y =0           Eq1 (mutiply by 5)

10y+x=3xy

Adding Eq1 and Eq2

5x-10y=0

x+10y=3xy

6x=3xy

3y = 6

y = 2

x-2y = 0

x=4

Number = 10y+x = 24
