Two elements x and y have atomic number 6 and 7 .

1) write down the formula of the compound formed when X reacts with Y .

2) what happens when X reacts with excess oxygen and the result is lime water ?

3) If Y reacts with H2S gas what is the product formed?
and give balanced equation .

1.) Valency of first element x is 4 and y is 3
compound is x3y4 i.e. c3n4
2.) when c reacts with excess of o2, co2 is formed and when it reacts with Ca (OH)2, it forms CaCO3 which is milky
3.) H2S+N----> NS+H2
