Let the third side of triangle = x

Therefore the other two sides= 2x-5

Perimeter of triangle =55m

x+2x-5+2x-5 =55

5x-10=55

5x=45

x=9

Third side = 9m

First and second side = 2(9)-5
= 13m

2(2x-5)+x=55
4x-10+x=55
5x-10=55
5x=55+10=65
x=65/5=13cm
