Let the length of third side be a units
length of equal sides = (2a -5) units
now, perimeter = 55
⇒a + (2a-5) +(2a-5) = 55
⇒5a =65
⇒a =13
so length of sides are 13 m, 21 m and 21 m

Heya !!!

Let third side of a triangle be X m.

Each equal side = 2(X)-5 m

Perimeter of triangle = 55 m

2(2X -5) + X = 55

4X - 10 + X = 55

5X = 55+10

5X = 65

X = 65/5

X = 13 m

Third side = X = 13 m

Equal side = 2X-5 = 2 × 13-5 = 26-5 = 21 m

Hence,

21 m , 13 m and 21 m are the Length of side of a triangle.
