let the 3rd side be x

so one equal side will be 3x+2

we know that perimeter of triangle = sum of all the side

so

67= (3x+2)(2)+ x ( as there are two equal side in isosceles triangle)

67= 6x+4+x

63= 7x

x = 63/7= 9

so 3rd side will be 9 cm

and the two equal side will be of 3x+2 = 27+2 = 29cm
