Answer:

Let the third side of triangle be X

1st side= 2X-5

2nd side=2X-5

Perimeter of triangle= Sum of all sides

(2X-5)+(2X-5)+X = 55

5X-10 = 55

5X = 55+10

5X = 65

X = 65/5

X= 13

1st side = 2X-5

= 2*13-5

=21

2nd side = 21

3rd side= 13

Answer:

21 m,21 m and 13m

Step-by-step explanation:

According to the question-

Two equal sides of a triangle are= (2x-5)

Perimeter of triangle=55 meter

(2x-5)+(2x-5)+x=55

2x-5+2x-5+x=55

2x+2x+x-5-5=55

5x-10=55

5x=55+10

5x=65

x=65/5

x=13m

so, the same sides will be = 2*13-5=21m

and, the third side will be 13m
