Let the 3rd side be y and according to the question ;

1st side = 3y+4
2nd side = 3y+4

Now sum of these sides is -

y +( 3y+4 )+(3y+4) = 55 *Given #

7y +8 = 55

7y = 47

y = 6.71 (Approx)


So the 3rd side is 6.71 other sides are
6.72 ×3 +4 = 17.44 .

The dimensions are 17.44m,17.44m and 6.71 m.
