x - 4y = 0

x = 4y

4x + 3y = 19

16y + 3y = 19

19y = 19

y = 1

& x = 4y = 4×1= 4

so (a,b) = (4,1)

now ab/a + 4b = 1×4/4+4×1 = 4/8 = 1/2
