there are lot of example of an object executing more than one type of motion.

example 1 : motion of motorcycle , motor moves in straight path, so motion of motorcycle is linear motion or translation motion, while wheels of motorcycle moving in circular path .

example 2 :- when we throw a stone at an angle with horizontal , we see stone moves in projectile motion and also due to existence of torque stone moves in rotational motion.

hence, motion of stone executing more than one type of motion.
