Hey Friend,

Number of die = 2

Therefore, number of possible outcomes = 6 x 6 = 36

At least one face should have 6...
Number of favourable outcomes = 3

[6 on first dice OR 6 on second dice OR 6 on both the dies]

Probability (of an event) = Number of favourable outcomes
                                          -------------------------------------------
                                          Number of possible outcomes
P (E) = 3 / 36
         = 1 / 12

Therefore, the probability of getting 6 on the face when two die are thrown is 1/12.

Hope it helps!
