Given that there were 2 fathers and 2 sons,

let's see the relationship,

2 sons > father

1 son > father > grandfather

××××××××××××

METHOD 2 :

Let there were a b and c

a is the son of b a and b is the son of c

result : 2 sons

c is the father of b and b is the father of a,

Result = 2 father

So, there are 2 sons as well as 2 father

×××××××××××××

As there only 3 people, each of them will get 1 apple.

I hope this will help you
