Answer: area of square > area of rectangle

length of rectangle is 70

so perimeter = 70 + 70 + x + x   (x is the breadth of the rectangle)

320 = 140 + 2x

=> 2x = 320 - 140

=> 2x = 80

=> x = 40 = breadth


area of square = 80 * 80 = 6400 m²

area of rectangle = 40 * 70 = 2800 m²
