According to the Question

Given

Perimeter is Same

Hence

2 (80 + b) = 288

80 + b = 144

b = 64

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

= 80 × 64

= 5120

Area of square = Side^2

= (72)^2 = 5184

Area of square is (>) than area of rectangle
