time for p to complete one circle

t=s/v

t=2/4=1/2second

to complete 3 circles=3/2=1.5

time for q to complete one circle

t=s/v=2/3second

to complete 3 circles=6/3=2 sec

diffrence between time is 0.5 s

0.5*3=1.5

so when p complete 3 circle q will complete

3+1.5=4.5
