The angle θ between the two vectors is 120

∴

$R = \sqrt{A^{2} + B^{2} + 2(A)(B)cos120 }$

$R = \sqrt{5^{2} + 5^{2} + 2(5)(5)cos120 }$

$R = \sqrt{25 + 25 -25}$           ( ∵ $cos 120 = -\frac{1}{2}$ )

$R = \sqrt{25 }$

$R = 5$
