Answer: If two forces 4 dynes and 3 dynes act upon a body in same direction then the resultant force will be (4+3) i,e 7 dynes will act on the body.

If the two force 4 dynes and 3 dynes act on the body in opposite direction then the resultant force will be (4-3) i,e 1 dyne will act on the body.

Answer: PLUS OR MINUS ONE  Explanation: It depends upon wether the forces are opposing each other or not. Opposing forces would produce a net force of -1 dyne(considering left side to be positive) whereas forces acting on the same side would add up and produce a force of 7 dyne.  THAT'S IT!!!  HOPE YOU UNDERSTOOD!!
