Resultant (R) = √ A^2 + B^2 + 2AB cos theta
R = √ 50^2 + 30^2 + 2×50×30×cos60°
R = √ 2500 + 900 + 3000×1/2
R = √4900
R = 70 N
The direction of the resultant force will be in the direction of the greater force i.e 50N
So the object will move in the direction of the force 50N
